AS WE ALREADY HAVE THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS, NEW REGISTRATION WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY PUT ON WAITING LIST
To register for EDEEN 2018 you will need to do two things :
- Fill the registration form : https://edeen.sciencesconf.org/register
- Pay the registration fees : Azur Colloque - EDEEN 2018
Registration include:
- Access to all the courses (level 1 or 2 and Project Workshops) and course material.
- Moutain Hike on Saturday (optionnal)
- Welcome Reception
- One social dinner (to be defined)
Early-bird registration are available until the 11th of May 2018. After this deadline, registration will still be possible until the 22th of May but at a higher rate.
Registration fees are:
- Students 60 € TTC (after the 11th May: 100 € TTC)
- Non students 100 € TTC (after the 11th May: 150 € TTC)
Thanks to the consortium CAHIER, members of a CAHIER Project may have a reduction:
- CAHIER Members 60 € TTC (after the 11th May: 100 € TTC)
Important dates:
- Begining of the registration period: 23th March 2018
- End of early-bird registration: 11th May 2018
- End of the registration period: 20th May 2018
- Deadline for free withdrawal: 27th April 2018
